Takayuki Oshima

Mr. Oshima, from Kanagawa Prefecture, was inspired to become a chef by a part-time job he had in high school. He enjoyed detailed work and making things, experienced the appeal firsthand in the kitchen, and resolved to pursue a culinary career. After entering the workforce, he worked for Foodrim Co., Ltd. He later gained experience and demonstrated his skills at Kan no Daidokoro Bettei Shibuya Branch, where he continues to provide high-quality dishes every day.
